Every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month @ 6pm

Powers & Duties

Manage the financial affairs of the City

Monitor and evaluate departmental performance and ensure compliance with legislative or policy intent

Engage the public in decision-making processes

Help residents solve problems, respond to inquiries, address issues, and identify opportunities

Enact local laws to govern the City

Adopt policies directing City operations

Provide for the general health and welfare of the City and its inhabitants

Council Meetings

City council meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 6 PM and are open to the public. If you wish to discuss a topic with the council, please request to be added to the agenda by 5 PM the day before the meeting Please note that if you do not submit your request by this deadline, there is no guarantee that you will able to speak at the meeting. Each speaker is allotted a 15-minute time frame to present or discuss the topic they've brought before Council.
